"Couldn’t ask for a better hostel experience here! I struggled to initially find the hostel but when you get to the mall area it’s in, look out for signs labelled ‘CABIN Tokyo Bay’. Reception and I mostly chatted through Google’s Translate app and pyjamas/towels are provided fresh each day. "I don't understand any of the negative reviews. I stayed here for about 8 nights. Capsule hotels aren't meant for people who pack heavy or or are looking for convenience. Alot of people conplain they make you keep your luggage upfront, well thats half the story, they give you a locker to put your suitcase in if you have multiple suitcases or your suitcase is gigantic thats on you.
