"Best Western SureStay was excellent place to stay. It is usual with Best Western chain of hotels. The room was spacious and very quiet. I took good sleep after coming from the flight to Vancouver and almost no sleep the previous night. The location was chosen because I had to attend to some business the next morning. The hotel is located in the business area of Richmond with walkable access to downtown business area. Shopping mall with several food courts is within 15 minutes walking distance....

"stayed for 5 nights - Room was clean and generally comfortable. Fan in bathroom was very loud - needed servicing. I was told at check in that room i would have would be serviced once during the duration - that was fine - except it didn't happen. otherwise it was a nice stay. The front desk staff was very polite, efficient and helpful. I will return. "
