The hot water didn’t always work but when it did it was nice and hot . Great stay for a great price ! There was always food available within a block of the property . "The property is an 'hourly, adult-only' hotel. It is Ok for solo traveller like myself. The property is old and not well kept but is one of the cheapest accomodations I could find. The property is kept to the best possible standards by the staff who are very engaged and polite. "I had an amazing stay! I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the property and we had a fantastic view from the window. It also felt very safe (coming from two female travellers) as there was always a security guard at the front desk. We will definitely be back!"

"There is only one smallish elevator shared by the building but this never became an issue. I really liked the rooftop here. They had power outlets to be able to work from the roof, while soaking in a little sun. The laundry access was so helpful, and they had free detergent during my stay. I also felt very safe in this neighborhood. The location was quite good for me, as it was a short walk to the beautiful Lincoln Park and all the restaurants Polanco has to offer. Would easily stay here...
