"We enjoyed our stay in Helen. The hotel was located within easy walking distance to the heart of the city. There were many children at breakfast which made eating in the dining area a little uncomfortable."

"Overall the stay was very nice. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. If I had anything to offer some advice on it would be this, when you give the guest a frozen bfast sandwich/burrito you might want to actually tell them how long they need to cook it for in the microwave. I got mine and the writing on the packaging was so small it was almost impossible to read. Needless to say it was not edible afterwards and I just settled for some grits and a muffin. "

"Location was great and Jessica at the front desk was amazing! She was super helpful and funny at check-in. The only knock on the hotel was that the window unit sounded like a plane taking off every time it kicked on. It worked, but it was so loud! "
