"We stayed a few days with family and had lots of space!! The inside is awesome and you must see it to believe how well it’s been done. Stephen was great, and was available to help with any questions. He let us use the tubes in the garage and that saved us money. Great property, fun to sit on the decks and watch tubers pass by. "Owner is very responsive; place is clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could need; and we didn’t even have to buy breakfast out for the two days we were there as we found a breakfast casserole, muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt and fresh eggs waiting for us (now how many VRBO owners do that?!) We had a great stay…the purpose being a visit to Helen, Georgia. Would highly recommend staying here! "

"We were able to park (for free) and walk almost anywhere we wanted to. The room is kind of basic - no ice, no modern charging capabilities, a physical key, old school coffee maker with no supplies, thin walls and floors with noise between rooms, etc. that being said we had a wonderful time. The bed was comfortable. It felt clean enough and we were able to have a good trip. We would stay here again but would be better prepared."
