"We arrived late Friday night. Upon arrival we noticed no one had swept the massive amount of leaves. With it being dark and wet, we definitely could have fallen very easily. "Easy drive to Helen, BabyLand and Dahlonega for Christmas festivities over Thanksgiving break from property. Kitchen is well stocked. There were more bathrooms than we expected which was great. Maintenance responded quickly to help turn the small gas heater on as there is NO HVAC in unit and directions weren’t clear on how to light. The only negative things were we were told to follow emailed directions and not gps but follow the gps as your go down a dirt road that is a dead end otherwise....

"A very nice place. Quiet with nice views of the water. Having coffee in the morning while the deer were wandering around was certainly welcome. Everything was clean and neatly presented. Billiards and Air Hockey were nice surprises. I’d stay there again."
