"My day was fine but this evening December 8, 2024 at approximately around 8 or 9 PM the person that was working the front desk was very unprofessional very disrespectful. I had an issue with her dealing with two beverages I brought, but as I hand her my money, I expect the same courtesy when someone gives me my money back when I give it to you on your hand, you give it back to me in mine not put my money on the counter. "This hotel was in a good location near the highway for my 1 night stay. I was put on the 1st floor which had a pet smell, so I requested a non-pet room and was moved to the 3rd floor which was a lot better. The room was big and bed was comfy."

"This would have been a five star review if the manager Jennie Gold would at least responded to my email. We came for the pool only. Just to check in and find out it was closed due to the heater being broken. Nothing on the website stated this. We stayed for two nights and wasn’t accommodated in anyway. It was my five year olds birthday and he was highly disappointed. Jennie could have at least responded at bare minimum. "
