"Worked out well for us as we were working nearby at North Anna Nuc plant. House was great. Not much infrastructure in the area really have to go to Fredericksburg for restaurants bars and shopping. Owner was very nice and very attentive and reachable. Would definitely stay again"

"Great get away ! The kitchen was well stocked and location was tranquil. The host was also very accommodating and great at communicating. Was a bit cold to get in water but loved the views from the house. "

"Our family of 15 with all the grandkids had plenty of space to play inside - and on the nice days to be outside on the play equipment and jogging/walking through the neighborhood. Wonderful time, with a kitchen big enough for our large crowd, and rooms for small gatherings - and for all of us. Owner answered questions right away. Everything was wonderful. We even had a spare bedroom, for wrapping Christmas presents."
