"The room was very clean. The location was great. Check in was flawless and they allowed us early check in which was greatly appreciated since we had arrived from a 24 hour boat ride at 9 in the morning. The only issue was they did not clean the room during our 2 nights stay. This may have been by design but I did not see any door hangers to either request or decline the cleaning. There was a sign in Spanish in small print which may have explained this which I did not translate. So the cleaning...

"Irma was the best. Not only did she check us in but took us to the room and showed us everything we needed to know. Very personable and at your beck and call. Ryan was also very pleasant to deal with as well. Our room was perfect. The view, the balcony, the kitchenette, cleanliness, and just what I envisioned when looking for a place. Definitely will stay again when in the area. The restaurant Luna was the frosting on the cake. Don’t miss it. Staff caters to us from beginning to end."
