"Property was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful, but the staff definitely got less stars because a lot of them they don’t speak good English and specially in the buffet area. The staff is terrible. They take your order and they never come back so on our last day I had to call this guy and tell him about it and then he started speaking perfect English he said OK ma’am I’m sorry about that and today you will have A1 service. Not sure what that meant but that day we did get A1...

"The check-in took quite a long time with a fairly short line. There was quite a bit of upselling which isn't the most fun thing to go through after a long flight. However, the stay was excellent. The food was great. Rooms were modern and nice. The showers were a bit cold unless you kept them on for 15 minutes. The property was walkable which was nice. The variety of pools was great as was the staff. Other than a couple very minor things the overall stay was excellent. "
