The room was so quiet and the beds comfortable it was exactly what we needed from a quick stop motorway services hotel. OK it's not a 5* luxury hotel but the room was excellent value for money and the warm welcome was worth that alone "

The breakfast was excellent, central parking provided and the location is in the heart of Shrewsbury. Rooms had everything you needed. Will definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Shrewsbury. "

"What a wonderful mini break for my husband and I plus our two little dogs. We stayed at The Fox and were greeted warmly by staff on arrival. Everyone was so friendly. The town was absolutely stunning, gorgeous buildings, quaint shops and pubs. We ate in The Fox on our first night and the food was wonderful and great value for money! Our little dogs enjoyed their stay also and were fussed over by everyone! Highly recommend The Fox if you’re in the area"
