"Overall it was a good stay for our 14 day visit. My only plight was the condition of our first room had a missing window pane and resulted in a very cold room. The hotel would then change our room in less then 24 hours. After our room change we had a much greater room but lacked certain amenities like control of the heater weaker plumbing. It's in a great location mind you and great for anyone looking to experience the heart of liverpool and it's culture. Staff was great and very helpful....

Whilst the facilities were a little dated, everything was in excellent working order and the pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were a welcome addition to our stay. The breakfast was tasty, with plenty of options. We were in town for a LFC match and it was an ideal location for us."
