"When I booked this value hotel I was a bit skeptical but needed a fair price for my short stay. I will say I was happily surprised about this hotel. Close to Times Square and transit. It is an older place but everything worked (I had read some reviews about heat and water temperature being an issue) we had no issues at all and would stay here again. "My mom & pop have stayed here several times now do to a problem with their home. The staff is extremely nice and exceptionally accommodating. Everytime I visit or drop them off i see the hard working property and cleaning saff working and the care shows. The public restrooms are clean and well stocked. The rooms and property present well even though they are older. The rates are amongst the best in the area. They do need to open the gym up. Not sure why it was closed. "
