"This was our third stay here! We love the close location to the train station and bus to the airport. Also the boat taxi is only a few minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Rooms provide minimal amenities with older decor but perfect for a couple of nights. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They also provide breakfast although we have not taken it. I will definitely stay here again! "

The hotel was in a perfect location - five minutes away from the Rialto Bridge and docking station to the Venice Water Busses. Fifteen to twenty minute walk from Piazza San Marco!"

We were worried if we could hear the street noise at night but it was very quiet as the room was at the back, away from the street. The bathroom was very clean. The receptionists were all very friendly. The kitchen staff for breakfast was very friendly and helpful. "

"Positive: Conveniently close (we hauled our luggage) to the Trenitalia station that connects to Trieste (cruise ship port). A variety of small restaurants within walking distance in case you have a late flight arrival. Negative: you climb stairs from the street level to the lobby level. From the lobby, there are more levels to climb to your room. No elevator, in case you are hauling your luggage yourself."
