"not only was this property absolutely beautiful, the hosts went above and beyond. it was in a perfect area, in the city and it made everything very walkable. there were many dining options near the bnb. the building was beautiful inside and out and smelt amazing. the room was spotless and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, it is exactly as pictured but even better! we will definitely be staying at Be Mate Ponte di Rialto on our next visit to Venice. "The actual stay was excellent, once we had accessed the property. Unfortunately Expedia do not allow other companies such as Numa to access their customers emails and mobiles. This was a problem because Numa send their access information, including codes to the property via WhatsApp. We turned up at the building unable to enter. Eventually, after excellent communication with Numa (and a helpful young couple!) we were able to access the property and had no further problems. The property is right...

"The property is really nice and clean. Decent location within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and bars. My only issue with the room is the aircon didn’t work. So it did get a bit stuffy and warm. Overall though, would recommend this property. Great communication and recommendations from the property manager"
