"The buses TO city are from side near hotel street and not opposite side. Always say "to the city" so if you get on the wrong bus you won't have a 2 hour mistake. Toiletries were in shower and that was good. Perfect for short stays."

You should receive a text/email the day before your stay telling you the access code to gain entry to the hotel, your room number and code to open the key safe on the wall outside your room.
