"I was skeptical because of the area but i was blown away how clean and comfortable it was. The desk staff were helpful and professional. My bed was soft and plush pillows. The room service to clean my room was so freaking nice and accommodating. I had to go to a seminar at the Proud Bird and it was close. "We had the suite and it was perfect for a night with the family. This was the lowest price in the area so expectations have to align with what you are paying. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They have underground parking with a gate so pretty safe. Neighbourhood isnt great, there was a homeless man sleeping outside the front entrance when we left in the morning. I am pretty certain he tried to get in the communal hallways to the rooms during the night but the door only opens...
