Honestly, I think that is really important and helpful - that the owner was willing to communicate and help with guidance to access the unit. Which turned out to be very simple! "This vacation was for my dad's 60th birthday. Our family ranges from infants to adults and it was perfect for all. The top floor was our favorite place to hang out, with the rooftop balcony and pool table for entertainment. We also loved the beach access and waking up daily to make breakfast with these beautiful views. The ceiling-to-floor windows let us watch dolphins and whales while making meals together. It was magical. This was by far the best birthday trip my dad could have asked for....
