"The facilities are modest but they are clean and they are very conveniently located opposite West Richmond station. The staff are proactive, friendly and professional. Definitely a big plus. "Beware - this is not a private hotel with wheelchair access. There are stairs to navigate at rhe front of the property, at the front door, plus with the ground floor. The disabled bathroom is not an accessible bathroom. The water is set to over 80 degrees, the taps are three inches wide with no spindles. The toilet has a right sided bar but at the incorrect height and the toilet is not an accessible toilet. The tiles are slippery when wet, with the shower base ona curve. The accessible bedroom...

"The room itself was as advertised and fine. But being by the front door it was so LOUD. Everytime someone used the door the beeping of the door lock and slamming of the door woke us up. Not to mention the loud occupants who spoke on the phone and in the hallways at 11:00pm, 2:30am , then again at 4:30am. Do not recommend "
