"Couldn’t ask for a better hostel experience here! I struggled to initially find the hostel but when you get to the mall area it’s in, look out for signs labelled ‘CABIN Tokyo Bay’. Reception and I mostly chatted through Google’s Translate app and pyjamas/towels are provided fresh each day. Shower/changing rooms were great, capsule mattresses are flat but to be expected (just a head’s up for side sleepers), but with a lot of room for sitting up if needed. "The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and clean. They even included a handwritten note and a small origami rabbit for me in the room. It’s was heartwarming. Definitely will stay in this hotel again if I go to Tokyo again."

"Overall a great stay especially in the semi private room , only 3 people, more space for yourself and your suitcases, things , clothes you can hang , mire privacy and locker is by your bed . The only concern I have is that how I wish the management will add one more microwave , I see people in line waiting for microwave to hear their food especially in the morning and dinner time. Also I wish there’s a dish rack, because some of the plates are still wet in the storage area, one small towel a day...
