"This is one of my favorite hotel/Ryokans on Earth. The food is spectacular, the service is beyond exceptional (everyone was so nice, very refreshing after staying in Tokyo), and the onsen baths are divine. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I WILL BE BACK!!"

"とても良かったです、気持ちよくくつろげました、スタッフの方も皆さん感じよかったです。 朝ごはん美味しかった！ お風呂はDIANE、BOTANIST、＆honeyのシャンプーとトリートメントがあって、試せて良かった！(女湯のみのよう) ちなみにノーブランド？乳液、化粧水なども無料でもらえました。 うっかりメイク落としと洗顔料を忘れたので、コンビニで買ってきたのですが、ここはお風呂に洗顔フォームもありました。 一つだけ、残念だったのは、お風呂に続く階段、上り下りが多くて80超えた母がしんどそうでした。 エレベーターがあると嬉しいです。 ペット同伴でなくても楽しく過ごせました！ありがとうございます "

"We had a western style junior suite for our stay in Izu. The room was incredibly spacious, and was partitioned between sleeping and lounge areas. Two bathrooms and comfortable beds. Our stay included dinner at the property, and it was delicious. Service staff were very attentive. Would recommend the property for a relaxing stay."

"Everything was perfect with this stay. The in-house garden is like a dream, very calm & relaxing. The food in particular dinner was very exceptional, they use high quality ingredients and are flexible to accommodate dietary requirements (with advanced notice of course). Onsen was a very short walk from our room, no need to worry when the outside is cold & wet. The room is fairly spacious, our room comes with a balcony overlooking the garden, with few pieces of distinct looking comfortable...
