"Lovely staff, all were very kind and friendly, making sure our stay was well, without seeming pushy. The room is slightly dated but, VERY clean, the bed and linens very comfortable. The tiled floors shined in the entrance and on each floor. There is a beautiful park right behind the hotel, the mall is very close and it is walkable from the Skytrain station. There is also an airport shuttle. The continental breakfast is basic but still good. The only issue was that it is in a smaller room, and...

"Located in center of Richmond BC with numerous Asian restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. Carpet is worn out but is being replaced a floor at a time. Stayed here quite a few times, will definitely come back again."

"My Mom and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The free continental breakfast was excellent. There is no elevator so the second level with heavy suitcases was difficult but one of the staff assisted us. There isn't much in the line of restaurants in the immediate area by foot. There are two bus stops to take you to downtown Vancouver close by. One is right at the back of the building."
