"It’s a great building (just a small room) with all good amenities and right in the Cavern Corner super busy at the evening/night, but the building is safe and silent inside the room … we can not hear the noises from the bars and clubs. Highly recommend."

"Booked 2 rooms for a family over night base while away in the area. Does a good job for that reason. Basic , simple and easy to find. I was worried about sound of traffic but windows well glazed and i heard nothing. Also had effective black out curtains. Woukd recommend if just looking to crash and have a shower. "

"The staff were very friendly. Told us how to get into the property because we arrived past due usual check in time. The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the kitchen was stocked up on breakfast items. I think the only couple of negatives were that the steps up to the door are steep so you do have to watch your step. And the other would be noise, partly from construction nearby which isnt the landlord fault and people coming in and out at various times and the door slamming which...

"Michael is a gentleman, he was very quick to sort out an issue that arose during my stay. He went out of his way to do all he could to make the stay more relaxed and enjoyable. Please don't think you're paying for a hotel room at this price however, what I got I was more than happy with and while lots of people will complain, you get what you pay for. For Liverpool football fans this place is literally right next door! Look out the windows and you can literally reach out and touch the Stadium! "
