It's a in a good location with an excellent COOP (market) just a few doors down. A nice albeit getting old property whose kitchen is well equipped and shower is excellent. The bed is comfortable and overall the property is clean and cozy (it's quite small). Be careful up and down the very narrow stairs to the bedroom. Not much room except...

"What can I say , this place is amazing . We got there at 8pm on Friday and was greeted by Annette who was so lovley , she had warmed up the hot tub for us and everything was ready. Hume Castle. 13th century Hume Castle stands on a prominent mound visible for miles. It was the seat of the Humes and conveniently placed to keep an eye on the English border stronghold of Roxburgh, just outside modern Kelso. The castle was destroyed in 1651 by the artillery of Oliver Cromwell.
