"Interior design of the hotel is superb - clearly a lot of thought (and money) invested in the revamp. The only let down was the shambolic bar service -35 minutes waiting for a drink order to appear. The spa is amazing (although the staff on the desk could smile a bit more). The outdoor/indoor thermal pool is sensational"

"we had a lovely stay here. Room was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Bathroom a little small and there was some difficulty getting into the bath for a shower. Staff were excellent"

"All good when we arrived. Room was well prepared with tea, coffee and milk sachets. Lovely towels too. However on the second day of our stay the room was not serviced so we had to buy tea and coffee. Even worse, the towels weren’t replaced so we had to use damp towels the second day. As we paid the full price for each day I think the room should have been serviced the second day."

Went for cliff walk to the border, beautiful views easy access to motor way to visit other places."
