"Was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews but found lady at reception very friendly and informative.The room was clean and bed comfortable slept really well.Stayed in more expensive places but for the price and my experience i cant fault it."

"What a great find. The downstairs of the hotel has been upgraded and was cost, tasteful, excellent service from friendly staff. We had the 6 course tasting menu for dinner which surpassed all expectations. The restaurant for Sara by Sanjay was beautifully decorated and each course was sublime. Service was exceptional and overall atmosphere really lovely. Hotel in process of upgrading bedrooms and will all be lovely when complete. We will be back - brilliant stay and would definitely recommend. "

"The host was very welcoming and friendly. Fresh scones and a warm cuppa on arrival. My room was immaculate and very comfortable. A very warm, welcoming, relaxed place to stay with excellent dining venues just a few moments stroll away."

"The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...
