"The hotel is nice and staff were very helpful. We had to queue twice to check in and asked to wait twice because our room wasn’t ready. The staff member did give us our upgrade, a drink at the bar and breakfast on the house. I did appreciate the gesture but our room on the 16th floor was very noisy with what I can only imagine was the hotel air con. It was so very loud.
