You should receive a text/email the day before your stay telling you the access code to gain entry to the hotel, your room number and code to open the key safe on the wall outside your room. "Really friendly staff, great food and bar. Breakfast and sunday carvery were great! Room was comfortable and spacious, great bathroom, everything we needed. Dog friendly. Right in the centre of town, with lots of good pubs and restaurants close by. Lots of history, beautiful castle and scenery. Everyone very friendly, we hope to stay again!"

"I just needed a room for the night due to work in the area the following day. For the price, I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. The room (small apartment with shared toilet) had everything you need (fridge microwave, shower) and probably,d again surprisingly, a very comfy memory foam mattress. All was clean and directly opposite shops and a very good Indian restaurant. Parking, although road side, was ample. Would stay again."
