"I really enjoyed this property. Checking in was a nightmare though because their front desk is buried in a few buildings. It was impossible to find, and they are very limited in their operating hours. Once I found it though, and found my key, the rest of the property was pleasant. "

"The property was pretty much as expected, for the price, location wasn’t brilliant but knew that on booking, food from average to terrible and very limited (I saw jet2 use this hotel too and having stayed with jet2 I wouldn’t think this is their standard). Also AI drinks was quite limited too to what I have had at other hotels in the area. The hotel pools were nice and not too busy (always plenty of loungers). The staff though were absolutely outstanding and friendly and couldn’t do enough...

"We were pleasantly surprised with Balcon del mar, really clean,spacious, everything you need for self catering.pool bar was lovely, shop for basics on site. Laundry services.heated and non heated pool. Staff were lovely. Max 10 min walk to Europa centre .Taxi ride down to the commercial centre, depending on route down 7-11 euro,Very high up on the Amadores side of peurto rico."

"Hotel staff were very very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and for the price was good value. We were there with our 4 and 6 year old grandchildren so spent a lot of time down in the resort and on the beach. We walked down the steps and took a taxi back up the hill most times as it was very hot for the kids to walk back covered in sand. Taxis were only about €3."

"When i got to there apartment i was told there was no booking it had been cancelled this was all over the phone number provided on the door of a so called reception . Even though i had my booking on my phone , the phone number is for the Nido del Aquila hotel , I then got in a taxi to the Nido to show the reception my booking, She then phoned her manager who was saying my booking had been cancelled and had no remorse that we had know where to say at 10pm on a Saturday night .
