Very nice. The voice level at the buffet is quite high because lot of people eating ja talking same time, but that's how it is. Otherwise all ok!

Privelege suits are worth every cent.
I upgraded to the privilege suites . They were so spacious and clean the balcony was the size of some of the rooms and was looking onto the main pools. Aircon was good. Don't believe all the reviews about the food. I found it a great selection and not repetitive at all. All in all i will recommend to everyone and will be back again.

Flott hotell komplex,god mat og fantastisk snack bar som komplimenterer opplevelsen.Likte godt at vi fikk besøke de eksterne restaurantene hvor det er mindre folk osv.Husk å bestille tid.Renhold og ryddighet på topp nivå.Alltid folk som hjelper og rydder under måltidene.Bassengområdet var bra,med mye solsenger.Kan anbefale en dag eller to på øyen med dobble solsenger av topp kvalitet.Eneste som trekker ned er litt harde senger

Ett väldigt trevligt och barnvänligt hotell. Jättefint hotellområde med fina pooler och roliga aktiviteter. Bodde här med små barn (9 och 4) och hade all inclusive. Maten är bra och det finns väldigt mycket att välja på. Många olika pooler och ett fint vattenland för barnen. Miniklubb och mini disko för barnen. Trevlig personal överallt och väldigt hjälpsam. Det fanns två tema-restauranger som ingick i all inclusive. Man kunde inte boka innan man var på plats ändå var det fullbokat i båda hela vår vecka. Vi blev otroligt besvikna över detta. Till slut kunde vi klaga oss till en kväll på den ena men denna upplevelsen förstörde väldigt mycket av vår upplevelse så räkna inte med att få plats där, känns mer som att man har dessa som lockbete. Det som också skulle kunna bli bättre är: * Poolerna är uppvärmda men upplevs ändå kalla * Minidiskot kl 20 är väldigt sent för de minsta barnen * Nuggets borde finnas i den stora restaurangen som ett alternativ hela tiden * Hade varit trevligt med musik vid poolen * Långa köer vid viss mat i restaurangen Det vi uppskattade mest: * Trevlig personal * Stort utbud av mat * Fint utbud av dryck * Mysigt och fint hotellområde Jag skulle inte åkt hit utan barn då det är väldigt mycket barnfamiljer och hög ljudvolym men med små barn var det helt perfekt.

Juniorsviter med trädgård solsängar och fåtöljer var så himla trevligt. Perfekt när man ville komma undan lite. Buffén helt ok barnen var jättenöjda! Väldigt sköna sängar! Trevligt med tema restaurang asiatisk! Obs boka direkt efter check in. Wifi är inte så bra Vi bodde i juniorsviter 0265 och 0273 med sol under dagen

Mooi hotel, ook een adult only gedeelte bij het zwembad. Eten was wisselend. Vorige keer bij dunas hotel aan de overkant geweest en vond die beter. Nadeel is wel dat het echt een familie hotel is, continu overal huilende baby's. Je kan niet even rustig eten zonder gehuil om je heen. Ook de kamers zijn helaas gehorig, hierdoor werd ik af en toe wakker van huilende baby's. Leuk hotel voor gezinnen, minder als je geen kinderen hebt en een beetje rust wilt.

Fint hotell dårlig mat.
Fint hotell med kjempebra pool. Veldig familie vennlig. Kids Club osv. ekstremt harde senger. Kjempedårlig mat både i bufféen og i de såkalte fine dining resturantene som egentlig bare er mer buffé. Baren stenger 23 og da er det helt dødt på hotellet.

De zone 18 was zeer net en rustig. Eten was zeer uitgebreid. Alleen in het grote restaurant ontbrak het aan een goede leiding soms. En dat voelde je dan ook aan het personeel.

Positiva Fick ett varmt välkomnande med information om hotellets aktiviteter/utbud. Tydligt från början och fanns alltid personal omkring som man kunde fråga om det behövdes något. Hotellets erbjudande avseende all inclusive var väldigt bra! Det gäller variation på frukost och mat. Personalen var alltid glada och hälsade på oss och hade ett fint bemötande mot barnen. Trots att de hade mycket att göra var de alltid tillmötesgående, trevliga och professionella. Barnpoolerna var fräscha och bra uppvärmda. Flera olika poolområden att vistas på. Stort plus är att det fanns sandområden, det gav en strandkänsla och uppskattades av barnen. Hotellets olika matplatser var rena och hade färsk mat som hela tiden fylldes på. Goda drinkar där man faktiskt kände smaken av alkohol, till skillnad från abora buneventura. Maten var inte tillräckligt kryddat för vår smak, men det fanns alternativ av såser och kryddor att strö på om det behövdes. Kids club får även ett plus i kanten där barnen kunde pyssla under dagen samt ett minidisko som var högst uppskattat. Lekledarna tog sin tid och umgicks med barnen även på deras raster med high fives och bus. Mindre bra Högljutt i matsalen, hade varit optimalt med avskärmande väggar. Vi märkte skillnad på lugnet när vi valde att äta utanför hotellet. Mindre stressigt både för vuxna och barn. Barnens lekplats kunde varit större för ett så stort hotell, alltså utan vattenlek. Rummets skick kan uppgraderas, kändes gammalt för ett hotell av den klassen.

Fantastisch hotel, voor mensen die altijd wat te zeuren hebben is dit verblijf geen optie. Iets verder van het strand gelegen dus fijn voor dikke mensen om toch nog wat te bewegen. Volgend jaar zeker terug!
