"Great hotel on Music Row in Nashville! It is a great location close to lots of attractions and downtown. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again next time I visit Nashville. We were able to find free on street parking right by hotel which was great! We were a littke disappointed that there was a $40 charge for early check in as other large hotels don't charge for that. Overall a great experience though!"

"Stayed years ago and enjoyed the shuttle service. Was disappointed that service was discontinued and a parking fee was added. We had additional charge in place of no shuttle and we used Uber for evening return from our night out downtown. Room was spacious and comfortable."

"The staff was very nice. Our bathroom sink literally had no cold water. Was just inconvenient to brush your teeth. The sink on the second day leaked very badly clear out on the floor and we just put towels down to soak it up . It was too late in the evening and we were leaving the next morning very early. "
