"Overall stay was positive. However, the staff was not overly friendly and gave a pretentious vibe. Seemed annoyed with questions. Coffee shop in the lobby was nice but again staff was not very friendly or welcoming. Filling stations of water were convenient during cold and dry weather. Nice touch of Prosecco for NYE was appreciated. Rooftop was cool but closed early, before 2:00am, on NYE after people paid entrance fee to attend. "

I stayed at many hotels but this one has something that my mind and body embraced. Two things that they could fix 1. The mattresses. I think they need some firmness. 2. The biscuit breakfast is not easy to eat without messing like a 1 year old would."

"This property was in a great location. It was a short walk Broadway so we didn't have to find parking and mess with all that. The employees were very nice and helpful and the building was very clean well kept. I plan on going back. I The parking garage is a little tight. If you drive a large vehicle be careful. I rented a small SUV and had no problems getting in and out of the garage. "
