"Was supposed to be staying in this hotel Monday-Wednesday. My stay was cancelled by the hotel on the Friday before. This was around 2 weeks ago. I have still not received a refund from the hotel or hotels.com. Hotels.com offered an alternative on the Friday and I was told this was the only option but this hotel didn’t work for me and I asked for a refund and was told this would be processed. "Stopped several times but might be the last tiny room that stank told reception wasnt moved but was given airfreshner had to cancel 2nd night dudnt get any money back understanding as gone into second day but asked if i could have a voucher for the breakfast i had paidfor butcouldnt have as I've visited hotel before and would be back thought it would be ok got told a straight no very poor relationship. Our bed sheets were filthy and when we spoke to reception they handed us sheets and told us to change them ourselves as they the didn’t have any staff on. The place stank of weed.
