"Its by a noisy busy street so traffic is pretty audible all night. The 1st flr rm i stayed in had no aircon, tv reception, phone ,hot water. Its really barebones room. Just dont come here. The reservstion at expedia was for $39 but on checking in they say its $50. I think expedia is needs to rectify this change of pricing. "

But this is not a serious business: you can’t pay in advance, they only accept cash and you can’t pay with credit cards or international debit cards. There’s no ATM anywhere near, except in the airport terminal. It was fine in the end as I had about half the amount in cash and the reception staff let me pay the rest later (I was planning to go San Jose centre to get dinner anyway, and took out some cash there). NOT REALLY 24/7!...
