"This was a great budget option!! Breakfast was nice, especially inside london don't see free breakfast very often. Yes this is a budget place but it was clean and we enjoyed our stay, would stay again. Be aware no toiletries included"

"Just under a mile away from the Horley train station and a short drive to the Gatwick airport. Rooms are spread between the first and second floor with shuttle service and breakfast options available. Minor issues with the room where the shower was not draining properly, but was still able to freshen up. Like most houses in the UK no AC units were available in the room, but the window and time of year provided enough cooling needed for the night. Staff are friendly and the rooms were quiet...

"My stay was for one night and the hotel suited my needs perfectly. It offered good value for money and the room and bed was comfortable. The room and building could do with redecorating but that didn’t affect my stay. Check in and out was easy and staff / owner friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for basic accommodation at value for money cost."

"The room was very clean, beds comfortable, and shower hot with good water pressure. The only downside was the thinness of the walls - we could hear everyone coming and going and people speaking in the neighbouring room. The front door was also left ajar every time we came or went, which felt very insecure considering there’s no front desk or staff. "
