"I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom for 2 nights. I was lucky and had the bathroom to myself. Fir what I paid for my 2 nights I thought it was good value Room was clean and comfortable, but a bit dated. Lots of parking. Helpful friendly staff. Good location for exploring the Gorest of Dean."

"The Country house is absolutely lovely. It's set in a picturesque surrounding, with running by etc. Great service, friendly staff. Most of all great value for the money."

"Nice family pub. It can be a bit noisy during pub open hours but my family were very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. The bar below sells nice selection of beers and the play area kept our daughter busy so we could relax."
