"Excellent room, excellent dining, excellent staff, excellent pool! We spent 7 nights at the hotel. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. In particular, Giakhamo the restaurant/bar manager, his assistant Davida, and also Valentina, all of whom made our stay much more enjoyable. We didn't expect the restaurant and food to be as good as it was - it was outstanding! The room we had was first class with a lovely balcony and view and was cleaned daily with fresh towels. "Has nice clean pool, bar + food, staff were very helpful. Rooms are cleaned if requested. Away from all the noise of busy las americas so peaceful. Taxis are 8-10 euro, buses are 1.45 euro but stop after 8.45pm. Can hire cars at location Complex is some what dated I would recommend"
