"One night stay for a gig in Leeds, the lady on reception was the most welcoming of any staff I’ve ever come across in properties I’ve stayed at . The place was nice and quiet and well presented. It done exactly what was required, the only negative I would say was that the room was very cold and the heater only stopped on for a short period of time but that also could have been myself not knowing how to work it correctly. "The property was nice and clean and the staff member was fabulous."

"The single room was comfortable, clean and pleasant. It had tea making facilities, a hair drier and iron. The en suite was of a good size and private. The only draw back was the shower - it had little water pressure and the shower hose was a poor fit. I had a key to a separate entrance which gave me freedom to avoid the bar and flexibility to come and go."

"Excellent stay. Property was exactly as advertised. Owner gave great communication about location of property, check in and parking with pictures included. Appartment was clean and had everything I needed. Nice little apartment in a busy area, with a supermarket, convenience shop and a few takeaways within a 5 minute walk. Bus stop just outside. Would book again."

"The property was in a good condition apart from the smell coming from the bathroom- it made the whole place smell like a sewer for entire stay. This made it unpleasant - I complained to the managers but did not get a response. The bed could do with updating as it was a little lumpy. "
