"Staff were very friendly and let me leave bags long before check in time.The only issue was I couldnt get Wi-FI to work in my room.Breakfast was fine with some cakes etc which seemed to be added from the party the night before"

Late booking so would normally have stayed in more central hotel.For price point I would stay here again for 1 night stay."

"Best part was the comfy bed, 🙂 had a good nights sleep. Worse part was the state of the bathroom and bedroom. Needs plenty of TLC in fact it all does. Hotel advertising bar but it was closed on arrival at 2.30pm and after going out to explore Southport, the hotel was in darkness at 9.30pm so no night cap then 😔 but for the price, we got what we paid for "

"Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value."
