"Nice clean place with friendly staff, with a pool by the forest, a quiet spot for yoga/meditation/massage, and paths in the forest where we saw squirrel monkeys, howler monkeys and scarlet macaws. The pool has a few missing tiles but, apart from that minor thing, everything else was nicely kept and clean."

"This hotel was so lovely, I was so impressed by both the service and facilities. The check-in is at el Faro hotel but this is really very close, like next door close. The Faro restaurant and pools are fab and are up a small hill but the walk is perfectly fine for a normally fit person and the view is worth the climb. "Stayed in Jaco for a weekend. The staff at the hotel was extremely nice and made for a comfortable stay. The room itself is nice, modern, and clean. The pool was a decent size.The location was also so perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and about a 15 minute to the center of Jaco. Loved my stay!"

We felt VERY secure inside the Suites and it was quiet and relaxing. Located in a neighborhood, we had very pleasant interactions with the local residents and frequented the grocery store nearby. David, the Manager, was WONDERFUL with communication and photos showing us where to park, how to gain entrance and get to our rooms...

"Except for size of bathroom stalls, I was pleased with everything about this property. Everything was very clean. No hot water but with the hot weather cold showers were exactly what I needed. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was simple and delicious. My fear of bedbugs were alleviated as soon as I saw how clean the room was. "
