"Well property had issues 1 the shower made a horrible noise they came and closed off the foot wash the washer if you started it for a 20 min cycle it ran for 1 hours and when it spun it sounded like it was Going to leave the room and it would not drain the next thing was the light in the small bath had lots of water dripping from it they came and cut a hole out in the ceiling left a mess on the floor and then all the lights in that room started flickering the Sheetrock had nasty mold On it also....

When Can We Go Again?

"Our family loved this hotel. All the staff was friendly and very customer focused. The rooms were excellent...great bedding, beautiful decor, robes, espresso makers, and super clean. We spent so much time just walking the property because the tropical variety of flora was stunning. Lots of stairs and we had my mom with us who has 83 year old knees, but we just took it slow and she enjoyed this lovely hotel as well!"

"The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. My room was unexceptional and I expected better for the price. The location in Mario Antonio is private and secluded with excellent security. If traveling with young children and planning to stay put, it would work very well. If easy access to other areas, or to the public beach or park in Mario Antonio, is a priority then it's an inconvenience that needs to be planned for. "
