"The hotel is in the heart of Cartagenas walled city. Five minutes away from the central clock tower, kind of like the time square of Cartagena. It doesn’t seem like much from the outside but inside the hotel is beautiful, very clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms had hot water, even though who would want to take a hot shower in Cartagena when it’s between 80 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit all year round. They offer a tasty breakfast as well.
