"This hotel had everything we were looking for. We are passholders to universal but find it cheaper to stay off site at a hotel within 2 miles from the parks. Pros: The hotel was recently renovated and everything looked new. The beds and pillows were very comfy. We stayed in a 2 queen bed room and I was super excited about the extra sink OUTSIDE the bathroom! If staying with kids you will understand how much time that saves having an extra sink, especially when someone is using the bathroom....

"Entire hotel and room was clean and modern. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Pool area looked nice and many restaurants are walkable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Would definently stay here again! "

"Hotel is nice. Breakfast was good and enough. Rooms were nice. Only issue I had was no hot water for shower for 2 days. It was like warm. They were fixing the issue. Other then that I would stay here agaib"

"This hotel did not offer anything grand. What I did like is that it is walking distance from Universal Studios and Island's of Adventure theme parks. It offers a FREE shuttle ride to these themes in the early morning and in the early pm as well. It serves It's purpose if your days are spent at the theme parks. "
