"First time at this property. It’s pretty well appointed, but a little rough around the edges. If you don’t care about the paint job, or cracked tiles in the bathroom you’ll be fine. Everything was clean and the staff delivered an extra blanket late one evening of our stay. We had a suite with a pullout couch. The “living room” was large and had a fridge and Keurig style coffee maker. Even with the pullout couch fully opened there was plenty of room for people to move around the room. My son said...

"Everything was good no housekeeping are room and when i put the sight they only put towel and throw out the trashdonot clean the shower room and make the bed"

"I was there for two days of universal so I really can’t rate the surrounding area. Hotel was good and the breakfast from 7 to 9:30 am had a lot options. Water, orange juice, and something else I can’t remember that pours from a machine plus coffee or tea you can get til 2 am. There was a Starbucks close by but also a lot of other options to eat at around the area. I would definitely consider staying here again. "
