"If you want to stay in South Pasadena, this property has an excellent location as so much is walkable - the train, the grocery store, lots of restaurants, the library. We appreciated also that there are a lot of spices and some condiments and that food preparation was easy. It is nice to have an office space if one is doing some work. It is a small space."

The adjacent terrain was cluttered with old cars, containers, and unused machinery, which detracted from the otherwise serene environment.
