This property is outdated, the entire hotel smells like marijuana, the area is not clean what so ever. The heater did not work in the room. The bathroom fan did not work and made showering a nightmare when you stepped out. I would not recommend this property. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

I'm not sure how Expedia gave 3.5 stars to this property. Rooms were below average, more like motel rooms. Photos uploaded on Expedia are deceptive. Very few amenities. Property deserves 3 or maybe 2.5 stars so that people can take proper decision based on ratings/prices before booking the place. Parking was easy. Very close to Universal if someone is planning to visit.

Perfect location for Universal Studios, it is within walking distance to the Universal Studios shuttle. Just note there are homeless people in the area, but we never felt unsafe. Omar at the front desk went above and beyond for everything that we needed! Omar rocks!!!
