"Everything went well until the rude cleaning Indian lady started yelling and kicking us out of the room even though we extended the room an extra hour til 12 pm. She is rude, crass and has no respect for the customers."

"Let me start by stating that I do not ask for much in a hotel. All I ask for are clean sheets and a generally clean room and a quiet place to sleep as I typically do not spend much time at the hotel beyond sleeping. So, I have had plenty of experience staying in hotels after reading review after review stating that the hotel is not fit for human occupancy only to stay myself and leave a review stating that previous reviewers either need to lower their standards or raise their price point. "The place is in a great location near the subway. Alot of stores and restaurants. This not a place for travelers it is better long term. However, it is not easy to get in, the smell of cigarettes, and old food. Needs a deep cleaning because there are roaches. Need to mindful of basics keeping toliet paper and better to keep sheets on the bed."
