The hotel was dated. But the room was clean. The common area was clean. The staff was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and had 5 pillows on the king bed! I would stay here again.

room was cold and it took about 2 hours to get warm. when it was time for me to leave out then it was warm. It was very cold there and maybe if they know which rooms using maybe have the heat on and have nice and toasty.

Room 229 was in good condition. I was scared of what my room would be with my kids and husband, since I read a lot of bad reviews. The room was clean, in good condition and bed were comfortable. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the drawers for our clothes since they were broken, but we placed them on the writers desk instead. I would definitely stay again.

However, in Room 418, which we prefer there are a few items still not addressed... 1) Entry overhead light has been out for one year 2) Toilet tissue holder is broken 3) Cabinet door around fridge does not close 4) Chair by desk cannot be adjusted 5) Desk very wobbly Thank you for passing these issues along

The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel smelled exclusively of cigarette smoke. The toilet ran all night keeping me and my children up. The shower sounded like a motorcycle exhaust pipe when it was on. Also the cleaning crew was kind of rude. Not a great experience.

Clean. Well maintained. The staff was quick and helpful. I was out before the breakfast, but they have 24 hour coffee and juices. I've been there several times, now, and it has been very consistent. A good sign.
