"As Muslims it is very difficult when having breakfast because there is no distinction between Halal Food and Non-Halal food. We saw that same spoons and tongs were used for multiple dishes (both for halal and non halal dishes). Some of the dishes at the breakfast buffet was not labeled. Otherwise the hotel was excellent, front office staff were very nice and helpful, excellent facilities."

"Only issue was the wechat ordering system didn’t allow you to add some items. The staff said it didn’t work. You could add basic items like a drink but if you wanted to add spaghetti pasta for example - it gave you sauce and pasta options but no way to add it to cart. Also, should add English option as it seems most local Chinese guests ordered food from external restaurants. I think most guests to order from hotel would be international visitors who would need English menu. Staff very friendly....

"Stayed 2 nights in the Shenzhen suite. Conformable stay, good service by the staff. Would be better if the design is more thoughtful eg there is no full length mirror in the room, the bathroom light could not be switched on if the “master” light switch is off (had to turn on the “master” when one of us had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the light), and the video screen in the 100/F lounge was too bright. "
