"The front desk greeted me with the utmost professionalism. I arrived a couple of hours earlier and was expecting to leave my luggage with the concierge. Fortunately, my room was available, and I was allowed immediate check-in. The suite we stayed in was very good, and the cabinets were large enough to store my luggage. The rooms were clean, and the staff was attentive. The carpet was a bit spotty, and a good steam cleaning would have given it some life. I did smell some cigarette smoke lingering in the air on my nonsmoking 25th floor. Of course, I also realize that there are some very inconsiderate smokers. The Executive Lounge staff was also attentive. It's too bad the Expresso machine did not have a self-serve Cappuccino function, which is very common for these types of machines. I do feel bad for the lovely ladies working in their thin 2-inch heels. Maybe shoes with thicker heels can prevent potential work injuries. The food choices were very good. On a Sunday morning, there were a couple of loud parents and noisy kids running around, which was annoying.
